Public scanner terms

These terms govern the free public page scanner operated by Intivoto Comm. V. By using it, you agree to the following conditions.

Authorized, limited use

You may test only a public page that you own or are authorized to test. Do not use the scanner for intrusion, disruption, load testing, access-control bypass, unlawful monitoring, or testing private network resources. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or third parties.

What the result means

The result is a single automated test of one rendered page at one moment. It combines the disclosed axe-core rules engine with Accessibility Watch rendered-page checks. “Confirmed” items are deterministic automated rule failures. “Review signals” identify measurable conditions that may have legitimate exceptions and require human judgment. Automated checks detect only a subset of accessibility barriers. The score is a product heuristic described beside each result; it is not a standardized conformance score.

The free result intentionally contains bounded evidence for a maximum of five finding rules. Complete evidence, multi-page baselines, rechecks and regression history are commercial deliverables, not part of the free scanner.

The scanner does not provide legal advice, accessibility certification, an audit of an entire website, or proof of compliance with the European Accessibility Act, WCAG, EN 301 549, or any other law or standard. Manual evaluation and testing with people and assistive technologies remain necessary.

Availability and liability

The free scanner is provided as available and may produce incomplete, delayed, or incorrect results. To the extent permitted by law, Intivoto disclaims warranties and liability arising from reliance on a free result. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Commercial services

Paid pilots or monitoring services require a separate written scope and commercial terms. The offer shown on the homepage is an invitation to discuss a pilot, not an automatically accepted order.
