Privacy
Accessibility Watch is operated by Intivoto Comm. V. in Belgium. This notice covers the public page scanner at accessibility.intivoto.com.
What the scanner processes
When you request a test, our infrastructure fetches the public URL you submit and processes its rendered page to produce accessibility findings. The submitted URL and scan result are not stored in an application database; results are returned to your browser for that session.
Abuse prevention and logs
We store a one-way hash derived from your IP address with an hourly counter for up to two hours. We also keep a service-wide daily counter for up to 48 hours. These counters limit abuse and infrastructure cost. Operational logs are retained for 14 days and are designed not to contain submitted URLs or raw IP addresses; they may contain timing, result counts, score, and error category.
Processors and legal basis
The service runs on Amazon Web Services in the EU. Processing is based on our legitimate interests in providing, securing, and evaluating the service. A target website may independently receive technical request data from our scanner, as it would from another web browser.
Cookies and marketing
This validation version uses no cookies, user accounts, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact hello@intivoto.com. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
